Materials Required:
- Green beans - 300g
- Salt - 01 teaspoon
- Crushed garlic - 8-12 cloves
- Onion - 01
- Olive oil - 01 tablespoon
- Butter - 01 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 03 tablespoons
- Water - 03 cups
- Pepper powder – if required
Method of making:
- First, unstring the beans and wash them well.
- Now cut the beans in half. In this recipe, we do not break the beans into small pieces. It is beautiful when the bean pieces are a little longer.
- Now heat the water and mix it with salt.
- Next, add the chopped beans to this water and boil for about 5 minutes. Don't over-boil the beans. Just barely steamed. When the beans are boiled a little, strain the water and keep it aside.
- Next, heat some butter and olive oil in a pan.
- Put the crushed garlic in this pan and keep it in the oil until it turns a little light brown.
- Finally, add chopped onions, boiled beans, and soy sauce to this and cook for another 5 minutes and remove the beans from the stove.
- Before removing the beans from the heat, check if there is salt in your taste. If you want it to be a bit spicy, add some pepper powder.
