This recipe is usually made by my wife at my house
Ingredients
- Butter - 1 Tbs
- Large Onion - 1 ( Cut into small squares )
- Carrot - 25g ( Cut into small squares )
- Potato - 25g ( Cut into small squares )
- Chicken Stock 1lt or Instant chicken stock
- (To make instant chicken stock, dissolve a soup cube in 1 liter of water )
- Noodles -1/2 cup ( half cup)
- pandan leaves - 6 inches ( Cut into 1-inch pcs)
- Curry leaves - 20 leaves
- Tomato - 25 g
- Salt - ( According to taste )
Method
- Take a deep pan and heat the butter on medium flame
- When the butter melts, add pandan leaves, curry leaves, and onions and fry for a minute.
- Then add carrots and potato and cook for a minute in the same flame.
- Now add the chicken stock and cook it on low heat until tender.
- Finally, add tomatoes, noodles, and salt and cook for a minute and turn off the stove.
- Now the yummy soup is ready to serve.
Cooking time 15 minutes
